3 + 4 = 7

24:43 for 3 miles at 6:30am -- empty stomach, big cramp 1/2 way through but worked it out.

Post run: Ate half a bagel w/ cream cheese...2 cups French Press and 10 oz water.

Headed back out again at 9:15am...

39:14 for 4 miles.

Total: 63:57 for 7 miles.

Off to DALLAS for the next 4 days. Won't get much running in...BUT will make up for it in Dancing!
