3 miles & hills

6:30am start time - 30 minutes solid running at 5K pace with 10 mins hill repeats. Massive hat-head when I got home nice and sweaty...the kids told me I looked like a bug with my bangs sticking up everywhere.

  1. Hey Sheebs, we almost have the exact same time
    for the 10 miles I ran last week. My left knee started killing me towards the end. I bought one of those bands you put right below the knee cap and ran 12 miles today with no knee pain. Had to stop at a gas station 8 miles in and buy some chocolate chip cookies and a rasberry ice tea cause I started feeling weak.

  2. Yo bro, great to see you on here. Did the chocolate chips and tea help you mid-run? I just can't imagine trying to digest that stuff while running. I wish I could. Great news about that knee brace. I'm glad you've found some relief. I've got to do 5 miles tomorrow. I hope I sleep well. It's amazing how much improved my running is when I've had a good night's sleep and stayed hydrated. I'm sending you something this week in the mail. You'll love it. It's just an article. But it'll pump you up. xoxo
