Sunday 45 min + 20 min

Stamina Yoga: 20 minutes (very stiff)

45 Minute run in snow: hills, etc. slow slow going.

  2. Yeah, Horsetooth Half Marathon on April 18th in honor of Jon's last day in his 30's...he's doing it, too. Also got a half marathon I've already signed up for in October, Rock 'n Roll half in Denver. Throw in a few 5k fun runs, and I'm having fun already!
