Saturday - did some interval speedwork at a muggy 7:30am...

4 minute pushes x 5
3 minute recovery x 4

On Monday (June 28th) ran for 32 minutes - Tempo run
Weights for the arms

45 minutes... mostly flat terrain. Stretched at mile 1 and 3 ... very tight muscles. Need to do more yoga.

BACK IN BLACK

Yes, my running attire this a.m. was black capris, black pull...

But my point is - I'm BACK to posting and logging my runs/etc.

Hollyn and I started our Summer Booty Camp. We meet up every a.m. between 6:30am - 6:45am (and when I say *every* ... I mean except when I'm sleeping in or too tired or not feeling like it.) hehe.

OK, so. This morning we did hill repeats and then finished strong w/ a loop. Very windy. Did some stretching. 40 minute total workout.

Need to get our running journal out so we can track our schtuff.
