5 miles + 3 mile race pace

July 31, Saturday = 5 miles, hot & humid...slooooow. But done.
August 1, Sunday = strength/stretch = pulling weeds in stead
August 2, Monday = 3 miles at race pace. Weights.

Sweaty, but good. (That's What She Said).
